From Boston Logan International Airport (BOS):
Follow signs to the Ted Williams Tunnel.
Take the exit for 93 South.
Take Exit 18/Mass. Ave. on right.
Turn right on Massachusetts Avenue.
Travel 1.2 miles on Mass. Ave. and
turn right on Boylston Street.
Take the third left onto Fairfield Street.
To arrive at front entrance, turn left at the
stop sign onto Newbury Street.
Newbury Guest House, #261, is ½ block down on the right.

Reservations cancelled 72 hours or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.
Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD, plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
A 25 USD change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint is required at time of check-in for telephone and any incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
